Abstract
저자는 연세대학교 치과대학 부속병원에 내원한 12년 8개월된 여아 환자에서 유구치와 치
수 치료 후 그 계승 영구치의 전위가 일어난 증례에서 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 유구치의 치수 치료 후 치관이 발육 중인 계승 영구치의 전위를 일으킬만한 어떤 기계적
손상이나 전신적인 calcium-Phosphorous 대사의 장애는 없었다.
2. 유구치 치근단 감염이 계승 영구치의 소포 내용물에 알력을 가해 계승영구치가 협측으로
반굴위 되었음을 확인하였다.
3. 본 환자의 치료를 위하여 유구치와 계승 영구치를 외과적으로 제거하고 resin을 이용한
간격 유지장치를 장착해 주었다.

This is a case report of difficult eruption of succeeding permanent tooth by Periapical
inflammation of primary tooth. 12-year-8-month-old girl who had been treated by
pulpotomy of lower right second primary molar about 4 years ago was recalled for
prolonged retention of it. Radiographs showed periapical inflammation of lower right
second primary molar and horizontal buccal impaction of succeeding permanent tooth.
Right second premolar seemed impossible to erupt so surgical extraction of it was done
with removal of lower right second primary molar and resin space maintainer was
manipulated for prevention of space closure and elongation of opposing tooth.
